The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) is a standard for assessing GCG practices based on the principles set by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), issued by the ASEAN Capital Market Forum. PLN NP conducts its assessment based on the ACGS criteria to encourage objectivity and ensure the quality of GCG implementation in accordance with global standards.
The 2023 GCG assessment results achieved a score of 86.55 indicating that PLN NP has adopted international standards, earning the “Good” rating, or level 3 (80.89, 99).
