We integrate a zero-accident culture across all power plant units by best-in-class OHS practices and strict safety standards, ensuring it a deeply rooted culture for every individual in the company.
PLN NP has implemented the System Management Health and Safety (SMK3) in compliance with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, as well as the international standard ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
Strengthening Safety Culture and System Management Health and Safety
  • Ensuring that safety values are integrated at every organizational level through leadership and operational processes, fostering a proactive safety culture.
  • Supporting the organizational transition to a new structure by aligning safety values as an integral part of the Corporate Culture Purpose (CCP) program.
  • Promoting a zero-accident vision through the engagement of all employees and utilizing the Zero Accident Assistant (IZAT) application as a tool for risk monitoring and management
  • Strictly monitoring adherence to key safety rules, including compliance with procedures, work permits, contractor controls, and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Performing regular safety patrols to identify and mitigate potential hazards and ensuring that OHS infrastructure is well-maintained to support safe operations.
  • Conducting regular internal audits of the OHS management system to ensure proper implementation, while adhering to ISO 45001:2018 standards for achieving international safety benchmarks.
