PLN NP has established a Code of Conduct through the Joint Decree of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners No. 002.K/021/DIR/2019 and 005.K/DK/PJB/2019 regarding the Company’s Code of Conduct. This code applies to the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and all employees, both permanent and contract, in their interactions with internal and external parties. All individuals within the Company are expected to behave in accordance with the Company’s values and to implement the code of conduct in their daily activities.

The Code of Conduct not only serves as a guide for behavior but also represents a tangible implementation of the Company's core values, known as AKHLAK. In every action, all PLN NP employees are expected to uphold trust (Amanah), perform with the highest expertise (Kompeten), foster harmonious relationships (Harmonis), show loyalty to the Company (Loyal), adapt to change (Adaptif), and work collaboratively (Kolaboratif).
