GCG assessment is conducted according to the shareholders’ directives, referring to the methodology outlined in the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation No. SK-12/S.MBU/08/2023 regarding Indicators/Parameters for the Evaluation of Good Corporate Governance Implementation in State-Owned Enterprises. The evaluation not only measures the level of governance compliance but also provides an overview of the GCG implementation conditions within the Company.
The 2023 GCG assessment results show that PLN NP achieved the "Very Good" rating with a score of 94.88. Over the past 5 years, the Company has consistently met its target with a "Very Good" qualification (scores above 85)
