The Company consistently conducts corporate governance assessments as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) implementation in line with evolving regulations and governance practices. The assessment methodology adopted is aligned with the directives of the shareholder.
Until 2024, the Company used the assessment indicators and parameters stipulated in the Decree of the Secretary of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Number SK-16/S.MBU/2012 concerning the Indicators/Parameters for the Assessment and Evaluation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Implementation in State-Owned Enterprises (SK-16/S.MBU/2012).
Starting in 2025, the Company no longer applies the assessment methodology based on SK-16/S.MBU/2012, in accordance with the shareholder's directives and the revocation of the regulation by the Secretary of the Ministry of SOEs.
Throughout its implementation, the GCG assessment based on SK-16/S.MBU/2012 served not only as a tool to measure compliance with corporate governance principles but also as a comprehensive evaluation of the maturity level of GCG implementation across the Company.
Based on the 2024 GCG assessment results, PLN Nusantara Power (PLN NP) achieved a score of 95.897, earning the "Excellent" rating. Over the past five years (2020–2024), the Company has consistently maintained the "Excellent" rating, with assessment scores remaining above 85 each year while consistently meeting and, in most cases, exceeding its annual GCG assessment targets. This sustained performance demonstrates the Company's strong commitment to strengthening its governance culture, enhancing the effectiveness of internal controls, and ensuring that its GCG practices continue to evolve in line with business needs and stakeholders' expectations.
