Jakarta, August 8, 2025 — PLN Nusantara Power (PLN NP) participated in the Digital Transformation Indonesia Conference & Expo (DTI-CX 2025), held on August 6–7, 2025 at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC), Senayan. The event served as a strategic platform for PLN NP to demonstrate its capabilities as a key player in Indonesia’s digital transformation and clean energy transition. In collaboration with the PLN Group, PLN NP introduced a range of innovative solutions that integrate technology, operational efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
At the exhibition, PLN NP presented a suite of strategic offerings encompassing green attributes, digital services, primary energy solutions, and power generation solutions, all developed through environmentally friendly and digital-first approaches. This participation not only reinforced PLN NP’s position as a leader in the national energy transition, but also opened opportunities for cross-industry collaboration with strategic partners. Through DTI-CX 2025, PLN NP aims to broaden exposure and strengthen the national ecosystem for energy transition and digitalization.
One of the flagship innovations showcased was the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in power plant management through the integrated control centers Nusantara InnoVision Center (NIC) and Nusantara Control Center (NuCC). NIC, inaugurated in July 2024, serves as a corporate information visualization hub that enables real-time, data-driven decision-making across PLN NP’s business operations. Meanwhile, NuCC—strengthened in September 2024—functions as a centralized monitoring center for New and Renewable Energy (NRE/EBT) power plants across the archipelago, positioning PLN NP as a pioneer in Industry 4.0 and AI-based renewable energy management. Together, these facilities form the digital backbone of PLN NP’s operations, enabling high efficiency and rapid response to national electricity needs.
At DTI-CX 2025, PLN NP also introduced its Green Data Center solutions to support the growing demand for clean and sustainable energy in data center infrastructure. These solutions include the provision of green energy from planning through operations, environmentally friendly backup energy such as Hydrogen Fuel Cell Generators and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), as well as AI- and data analytics-based digital asset management.
In addition, PLN NP offers carbon offset services through the provision of certified carbon credits from emission-reduction projects across Indonesia. All solutions are designed to support customers’ sustainability targets, strengthen ESG reporting, and facilitate the journey toward carbon-neutral operations.
Through these offerings, PLN NP demonstrates that energy transformation and digitalization are not merely concepts, but have been concretely implemented on the ground. PLN NP’s active participation in DTI-CX 2025 also reflects the Company’s commitment to continuous innovation in addressing global challenges in the energy sector. As stated by President Director of PLN Nusantara Power, Ruly Firmansyah:
“Digital transformation and energy transition are two sides of the same coin. At PLN NP, we are not only embracing the future—we are building it. Through technology, innovation, and sustainability, we stand as a strategic partner in shaping a resilient, green, and integrated energy ecosystem for Indonesia.”
Driven by a strong spirit of sustainability and innovation, PLN NP continues to advance toward its vision of becoming a leading and trusted global sustainable power generation company, fully supporting Indonesia’s Net Zero Emissions target by 2060. Through DTI-CX 2025, PLN NP not only introduced technology, but also invited all stakeholders to move forward together in building a greener, smarter, and more sustainable energy future. (*)
