He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Tanjungpura University and a Master of Management degree from Winaya Mukti University. His most recent roles include serving as BNN Deputy Director of Intelligence for Eradication and Chairman of the Riau Provincial National Narcotics Agency. He also received overseas assignments including, London Metropolitan Police - Counter Terrorism Exercise and Bilateral Cooperation Conference in Cuba, Argentina, Panama and Ecuador.
