He earned a Bachelor`s degree in Physics Engineering from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, a Master`s degree in Planning and Public Policy from the University of Indonesia, and a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Indonesia. His most recent roles include serving as Director of Electricity Business Development, Director of Planning and Development of New, Renewable Energy Infrastructure and Energy Conservation, and Head of the Planning and Reporting Division.
