As part of its efforts to strengthen the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the Company has adopted the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) as its corporate governance assessment framework. The ACGS measures the level of compliance with good corporate governance practices based on internationally recognized standards, with reference to the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance. The adoption of the ACGS reflects the Company's transformation in its governance approach, moving beyond compliance with national regulations to align with globally recognized best practices.
Based on the 2025 ACGS assessment results, PLN Nusantara Power (PLN NP) achieved a score of 96.19, earning a Level 4 ("Very Good") rating, which signifies full adoption of international governance standards. This achievement demonstrates PLN NP's strong commitment to strengthening the implementation of corporate governance principles, enhancing transparency and accountability, and improving the Company's competitiveness at the international level.
