REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI) FOR PARTNERSHIP IN RENEWABLE ENERGY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

PT Pembangkitan Jawa – Bali (”PJB”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (“PLN”) which has diversified businesses, including power generation, operations and maintenance, engineering procurement and construction, financing, consulting, as well as training services.
PJB hereby announcing a request for Expression of Interest (“EoI”) for strategic partnership in developing renewable energy projects in Indonesia. Please note that the purpose of this request for EoI is to identify potential partners for existing project and anyother PJB’s renewable energy projects, and that this requestis not for a specific project and is not intended as a binding offer of partnership.
PJB is pleased to invite local and foreign business entities to submit their EoI in becoming a potential strategic partner of PJB in particularly several areas, such as project sponsor, EPC/O&M contractor, lender, manufacturer, or business consulting provider. Interested entities must have experience in development or contruction and/or operation of renewable energy power plants. Please also note that this EoI admission is for single business entity only. No admisson will be given to consortiums or an individual.
