In pursuit of its vision and mission, PLN Nusantara Power recognizes that future uncertainties bring both opportunities and risks, which must be carefully anticipated. Therefore, every strategic step taken by the Company is based on strong Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) practices, ensuring that all decisions are made accurately, measurably, and prudently.
As a guideline for assessing risks in every organizational activity that impacts risk management implementation, PLN NP has established Risk Management Values in the Statement of Corporate Intent No. 01.K/DIR/2021 on Integrated Risk Management Implementation.
These values serve as a fundamental framework for all PLN NP personnel in carrying out their duties and responsibilities with professionalism, while also supporting the sustainability of the Company's business and operations. These principles are also aligned with the 18 AKHLAK behavioral guidelines, ensuring that every decision and action is based on integrity, competence, and innovation.
